Richard was born in Belarus and moved to Washington State when he was just six years old. From then on, he became a Seattle resident, graduating from the University of Washington with his undergraduate degree and then from the University of Washington School of Law.

Soon after graduating from law school, Richard started his career as an estate planning attorney. He enjoys working together with his clients to create estate plans that reflect their unique and personal values and goals. Estate planning attorneys have many tools, and it is important to identify the most appropriate tool for each family’s unique circumstances and needs.
Richard has experience working with a variety of complex and simple trusts, wills, and power of attorneys. He is passionate about working with clients ranging from young families with minor children to successful business owners looking to create a succession plan for their businesses.

While Richard’s primary practice focus is estate planning, he also enjoys business law and business planning. Richard continues to strive to be personable and intentional in being fully invested while being strategic in achieving the best results for his clients.

Richard has an incredible best friend and wife, Nellie, and a beautiful baby girl, Audrey. Together as a family, they enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, fishing, off-roading, spending time with friends and family, eating great food, and playing fun games.
