At View Ridge Law, Ann practices across probate, employment law, and family law. She’s known for her compassionate yet direct approach, offering practical solutions while prioritizing long-term stability and her clients’ peace of mind.

Ann’s employment law practice is informed by her previous role as Vice President of Employment Law at AT&T Wireless, where she focused on proactive, solutions-oriented legal strategies. Today, she supports both employers and employees across a wide spectrum of employment matters. Her services include internal and external investigations, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, workplace discrimination and harassment, retaliation claims, L&I and workers’ compensation issues, disability accommodations, family and medical leave matters, and employment policy development and compliance.

Ann helps employers create strong, legally sound workplace practices and is available to conduct independent investigations. She also assists employees with reviewing compensation packages and agreements, asserting workplace rights, and navigating difficult employment transitions. She brings extensive litigation experience, from administrative hearings to state and federal court, including appellate work.

In the area of elder law, Ann has played a leading role in shaping policy. She chaired a WSBA Elder Law Section task force on public guardianship, advocating for systems that protect the rights and dignity of vulnerable adults.

Ann also contributes her time to pro bono efforts addressing housing access and other critical community needs. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys exploring Washington’s natural beauty with her Jack Russell terrier, perfecting her pie recipes, writing short fiction, and traveling to far-flung destinations with her children.
