With a career spanning over two decades across the defense, finance, and legal sectors, Ryan builds thoughtful systems that help the firm grow strategically, while always keeping the client experience front and center.

For the past six years, Ryan served as the COO of a rapidly expanding immigration law firm, where he discovered his background as a systems engineer and management consultant fit perfectly at a mission-driven legal practice.

Ryan’s leadership style is defined by a commitment to the “behind-the-scenes” work that makes the client journey seamless. By focusing on efficiency and streamlining internal processes, he empowers the legal team to focus entirely on advocacy. His approach is rooted in being analytical and strategic, yet remains compassionate and empowering for both the team and the clients they serve.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys finding balance away from the spreadsheets and strategy sessions. On the weekends, you can find him coaching his kids’ soccer teams, tackling complex puzzles at local escape rooms, or gathering around a board game with friends. An avid explorer of the local food scene, Ryan is always on the hunt for the next great restaurant to try.
