Grant Denny

Associate Attorney

  • Gonzaga University School of Law – J.D.
  • Gonzaga University – B.A.

Grant Denny understands that legal matters often arise during some of life’s most stressful and uncertain moments. Whether a client is navigating a family law dispute, planning for the future through estate planning, or managing the responsibilities that come with probate, he believes people deserve clear guidance, practical solutions, and an advocate who genuinely listens.

Grant joined View Ridge Law as an Associate Attorney, bringing experience in family law, estate planning, and probate.  He is committed to helping clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence during challenging transitions.

Before joining View Ridge Law, Grant practiced family law, estate planning, probate, and eviction law, representing clients through every stage of their cases, from initial consultations and negotiations to hearings and trial preparation. His work has included managing complex family law matters, developing legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals, and helping individuals and families plan for the future through comprehensive estate planning.

Earlier in his career, Grant served as a prosecutor with both the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office and the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office. In these roles, he gained significant courtroom experience handling hearings, legal motions, and jury trials. This foundation strengthened his advocacy skills and taught him the importance of thorough preparation, thoughtful communication, and remaining steady under pressure.

Grant approaches each case with the understanding that no two clients or families are alike. He values building strong relationships with those he represents and strives to provide practical advice that helps clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. He believes that effective representation begins with listening carefully, understanding each person’s priorities, and working collaboratively to achieve meaningful solutions.

Originally from Washington, Grant earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he participated in the prestigious Linden Cup Moot Court Competition, advancing to the Elite Eight. He also received his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Political Science from Gonzaga University.

Outside of the office, Grant enjoys cooking, hiking, exploring history, and following international politics. He appreciates the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and is dedicated to helping clients navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence.
